News from Ladybirds

In Ladybirds this week we have continued to explore and have fun in the jungle.

At the beginning of the week we experienced the sound of the birds, the feeling of the wind on our faces and the muddy jungle earth beneath our feet.

Later in the week we enjoyed a jungle story massage and even went on a very bumpy safari where we came across lot of different animals, some big, some tall, some furry and some very slimy!!!

In our jungle listening club we heard different sounds including the jungle drums, shakers, rainmakers and the thunder drum; we were able to demonstrate awareness and responsiveness to the different pitches, tones and volumes.
