We have a positive and transparent health and safety culture at Rosewood. Teamwork and communication is crucial. 

Health and safety is an important part of school/college life.  Keeping learners, staff and third parties safe is essential to maximise our teaching and learning.

Rosewood has a legal duty to control reasonably foreseeable risks, and a moral duty of care to protect learners, staff and third parties from harm at all times.

The workforce, along with the health and safety team, understand the employer’s and employees' roles within health and safety law.  Within school, staff identify hazards, suitable actions to follow and are able to identify risks associated with hazards and how they are managed.
